Your username is your Social Security Number (Without dashes) or your employee identification number.

Your temporary PIN is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number followed by the last 2 digits of your birth year.

Example: if the last four digits of your Social Security Number are 1122 and you were born in 1968, your temporary PIN to login would be 112268. Once you login, you will be asked to create a new PIN.
