PLEASE READ:
Permanent username is your Social Security number. The Temporary PIN is reset at every Open Enrollment and is the last 4 digits of your Social Security number AND the last 2 digits of your birth year (see example below). If you have reset your PIN after the Open Enrollment, please use your new PIN accordingly.

For example: If the last 4 digits of your Social Security number are 1122 and you were born in 1968, your temporary PIN to login would be 112268. If you need help, please contact csubenefits@standard.com.
