Log in with your user name and your personal identification number (PIN). Your user name is your Saint Louis County Employee Number (EIN). Your default 12 DIGIT PIN is the LAST 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) + your 8 digit birthdate. You will be prompted to change your PIN when you log into the system for the first time.
