Your username is your full 5-digit employee ID (Please include leading zeros) If you are a Member of Special Groups including: VSEA, VHSA, or VCAA, your Employee ID will be the last 6 of your SSN with no dashes.

Your temporary PIN is the last 4 digits of your employee ID followed by your birth year.

Example: if the last four digits of your employee ID number is 1122 and you were born in 1968, your temporary PIN to login would be 11221968. Once you login, you will be asked to create a new PIN.
